Avaya participated at the 40th edition of GITEX Technology Week, held at Dubai World Trade Center from 6-10 December. The company is focused this year on redefining customer and employee experience solutions to address the emerging needs of the multiexperience economy. Telecom Review secured an interview with Nidal Abou-Ltaif, President of Avaya International to discuss the company’s range of cloud-based solutions and services.

Dr. Muneer Zuhdi, Head of Consulting at Nokia Bell Labs, delivered a key presentation on “the role of AI in industrial automation and value creation” at the 40th edition of GITEX Technology Week held at Dubai World Trade Center.
